Using Knowit
Knowit is a journaling and analysis tool. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Not financial advice
Knowit does not provide investment, trading, legal or tax advice. Statistics, scores, assistant answers and reports describe your own recorded data and are not recommendations. Trading involves risk of loss, and you alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
Your data and backups
Your data stays on your device and you are responsible for backing it up. We are not liable for data lost through device failure, deletion, a damaged backup or a bug. Use Backup Now and Export Everything regularly.
Subscriptions, trials and refunds
Knowit has a free plan that stays free. Knowit Pro and Knowit Plus are sold as monthly or yearly access. The price, the billing period and any taxes are shown before you pay. Payments made directly to the publisher (crypto, mobile money, transfer or a payment page) buy one period and do not renew by themselves; you renew by paying again. Where a store or payment provider sets up automatic renewal, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
A free trial needs no payment details and simply ends. When Pro ends, Knowit returns to the free plan: nothing is deleted, everything you logged stays readable and exportable, and you can still back up and delete your data.
Purchases through Google Play or the App Store follow their cancellation and refund rules. For purchases made directly from the publisher, you can ask for a refund within 14 days by contacting support.
Acceptable use
Do not use Knowit to break the law, to attack or reverse engineer other people's systems, or to store content you have no right to keep.
No warranty
Knowit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
